Enter your special prized recipe for
chili in the Milford Great Pumpkin Festival, Chili Roundup, Saturday, October
12th beginning at 5:30 PM or just come by to taste, enjoy and vote for your favorite
for $5.
Entry Requirements:

Amount:
1
1/2—gallons of chili thoroughly heated. |

Container:
Crock
pot or insulated container to keep chili warm for up to 2
hours (no electricity available - tape your name/phone
number on container). |

Delivery:
Deliver
your chili with this form to
the parking lot across from Amigos
on South St., just off the Oval between 4:30-5:15 p.m. |
|
Time:
We will
set up your entry between 4:30 and 5:15 p.m.
Roundup starts at 5:30 p.m. |
|
Eligibility:
All good
cooks with a favorite recipe. |
|
Contest:
A panel
of distinguished judges selected by the Pumpkin Festival
will judge all entrees for the 1st, 2nd & wimpiest awards.
Visitors
to the festival will purchase a bowl, spoon and voting card,
taste entries and enter their favorite as the “People’s
Choice” award. |

Criteria:
Entries
will be judged by the Panel for: overall taste, flavor and
texture with a rating system of 1—5 (1 being the best, 5
being the wimpiest). People’s Choice is the popular vote. |

Prizes:
1st
place: $100; 2nd place: $50; People’s Choice Award: $50;
Wimpiest: surprise gift. |

Votes
will be tabulated and the winners announced that evening and
posted on the Pumpkin Festival website at
www.milfordpumpkinfestival.org. |
