30th Annual Milford Pumpkin Festival Opens At 5 pm Friday 10/11/19

All of this, an entire weekend of live music and entertainment, and so much more thanks to our many food, craft, artisan & non-profit vendors!

SCHEDULE - FRIDAY 10/11/19

5:00 PM United States Postal Service Spooky Silhouettes Forever Stamp 1st Day Issue Ceremony at Emerson Park Stage

6:30 PM Opening Ceremonies on the Oval Stage including:

        • Welcome from the Granite Town Festivities Committee
        • Special events for 30th Annual Milford Pumpkin Festival
        • Presentation of the 2019 Milford Citizen of The Year award
        • Arrival of the Pumpkin Runner and the Town Hall Lighting

5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Live Music on the Oval Stage & the Community House Lawn Stage

5:30 PM – 8:30 PM Beer, Wine & Spirits Tasting – Under the tent at the Community House Lawn - Hosted by the Milford Lions & Rotary Clubs – Burgers available from Papa Joe’s Humble Kitchen

6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Haunted Trail @ Emerson Park presented by Benevolent 7 Masonic Lodge of Milford

5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Loads of fun activities happening throughout the evening

        • Artisans & Craft Vendors Town Hall 3rd Floor– Take the front steps into Town Hall, the stairwell entrance from Nashua Street or the elevator on the Middle Street side of Town Hall

        • Crotched Mountain Ski Pass Raffle tickets on sale at the GTFC booth #48 on The Oval along with commemorative MPF coffee cups

8:00 AM & 9:30 AM Historical Walking Tours of The Oval Area starting at The Carey House, 6 Union Street and led by members of the Milford Historical Society

9:30 AM – 10:30 AM Spiritsong Drummers at The Oval Stage

10:00 AM – 9:00 PM Loads of fun activities happening throughout the day

10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Milford Fire Department Open House - Fire extinguisher training, tours of the new station, fire safety demonstrations and, of course, the trucks will be available for the kids.

10:00 AM – 3:30 PM on the Community House Lawn - Scarecrow Making, Pumpkin Painting & Face Painting, Pumpkin Festival Photo Booth and a host of family fun games and activities provided by local nonprofit and school organizations

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pumpkin Catapult – Rail Road Pond, 57 South Street, lower TD Bank parking lot presented by Souhegan Valley Dollars For Scholars

11:00 AM, 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM Tombstones Talk Guided tours of the Elm Street Cemetery led by David Palance. Meet at Station 101 located at 193 Union Square

11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Eye Spy Scavenger Hunt at the Carey House, Milford Historical Society 6 Union Street. Suitable for all ages but children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Food and animals will not be allowed in the museum.

12 Noon Kokko Realty’s Giant Pumpkin Weigh-In winners announced at The Oval Stage
