Dear Vendors:

Due to Milford’s proximity to the Massachusetts border, the Milford Pumpkin Festival is one of the most highly anticipated New England Fall festivals each year. Attendees come from New Hampshire, the Greater Boston area and from all over the New England region and beyond.

Located in and around historic downtown Milford NH, the Milford Pumpkin Festival offers free admission, free parking, and free shuttle buses. In 2018, festival attendance exceeded 45,000! We are one of the very few festivals that do not charge admission to the festival or a fee to park, meaning our attendees have more cash to spend at our vendors’ booths!

Why does our festival draw the crowds? Because of our many Signature Festival events (most of which are free for our attendees to enjoy!) – the Giant Pumpkin Weigh-in contest, LIVE Music and Entertainment all weekend (now on three stages), Pumpkin Painting, Pumpkin Sales, The Pumpkin Catapult, some of the best Crafters region-wide, Pumpkin Carving, Fantastic Food vendors, The Haunted Trail, Scarecrow Making and Face Painting under the big top, and much more! All hosted in historic downtown Milford, New Hampshire!

Some information about the Crafter/ non-food booth locations: vendors are located inside Town Hall, on Middle Street, at Emerson Park and on The Oval, in the center of all festival activities. Most streets in the festival area are closed to vehicular traffic during festival hours.

The GTFC (Granite Town Festivities Committee) is an all volunteer organization who works year round, planning and organizing this great event.

9/12/19 - Limited Space Available - Banquet Room in Town Hall is open! All other Pumpkin Festival venues are filled. Applications for the Banquet Room space MUST be received by Wednesday 9/18/19!

9/11/19 - Please note - per the Town of Milford - NO in ground tent stakes, sign stakes or stakes of any kind can be used on The Oval or at Emerson Park. Please plan accordingly

9/11/19 - Please be advised - all booth spaces on The Oval, on Middle Street and in the Town Hall auditorium are filled. A few spaces are still available at Emerson Park. If there is enough interest we will open booth space in the Town Hall banquet room.

9/3/19 - ALL VENDORS - Please be advised - No water supplied onsite. Vendors are responsible for bringing in their own water and for taking out their gray water.
